Premium Natural Soaps
Our premium natural soap bars contain emollient rich cold pressed oils and are supplemented with enriching wholesome ingredients like Canadian Goat Milk, fair trade organic Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, organic Coconut Milk and organic botanicals. As our products are scented solely with pure Essential Oils derived from nature they are enjoyed equally by women and men. Over the years we have come to find that great ingredients make truly great soap!
In keeping with our vision of a natural product we package our bars with recycled paper band wraps, compostable wood cello bags from sustainable sources, kraft twist ties and natural jute to decorate.

Lavender is one of the world's favourite scents. It is used in aromatherapy for it's calming and relaxing properties. We choose to scent our products with Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil genus Lavandula Angustifolia which imparts a sweet and beautiful presence.

Goat milk is a popular variety of soap which is a good choice for those with sensitive skin. It creates a rich and creamy protein-rich lather which leaves the skin feeling wonderful. We are pleased to be able to source a Canadian Goat Milk powder free from added hormones and antibiotics.

Citrus blended soaps have an uplifting and invigorating scent making them perfect for the morning shower. All skin types can enjoy these selections but those with dry skin tendencies should gravitate to other varieties which would be more beneficial to your skin type.

Natural floral essential oils provide a depth and uplifting fragrance that no chemical pretender can duplicate. A truly beautiful freshness, like being in flower garden after a rain.

Many of the essential oils that we use regularly fall into this category! Herbs are a wonderful therapeutic botanical and we are blessed to be able to enjoy their beauty in our products using dried organic botanical material as well as essential oils derived from distillation of flowers, leaves, stems and in some cases roots and bark.

At The Sandy Hook Soap Factory we make several varieties of no scent added soaps as we found that many clients came to us searching for a more basic natural soap product. The following products do not have scent added but, since we use no descenting chemicals, will have a residual smell from the wholesome natural ingredients used to make the product.

Always remember that with baby and children a little soap goes a long way. Many professionals recommend that soap only be used for babies three months of age and over and be diluted well with water. Always keep soap away from eyes, nose and anal tissue as soap is soap and it will sting. Our soaps are soft and pliable and can easily be cut down to fit wee hands. They are not crumbly and are usable at even the smallest little sliver. Vegetable oil soaps do not create the same bathtub ring residue as animal fat soaps.
