Shipping services
Canada Post
From our location the only option is Canada Post which just happens to be our best value. We use economical flat rate shipping boxes and when an order qualifies for this shipping method we will happily refund any savings to your method of payment.
USA Delivery
We still ship to the US but due to fluctuating postal rates we calculate on an order-to-order basis.

Free Shipping
We created the Loyalty Discount Program years ago to help offset shipping costs. At The Sandy Hook Soap Factory our extremely reasonable everyday pricing, multiples product offers and bulk discounts in combination with the graduated Loyalty Discount Program will equate to Free Shipping on larger purchases. Your discount of 18% to 20% will usually more than cover any shipping costs incurred! The Loyalty Discount will automatically configure on the Shopping Cart as you reach thresholds of $50, $100 or $150 exclusive of shipping costs and sales taxes but inclusive of sales items.
Curbside Pick up
At Our Shop
- We are currently handling orders for shipping or curbside pickup. We are located at 102061 P.T.H. #8. Do not use Google Directions as they will unfortunately take you to the wrong location. You are also welcome to visit our Veggie Stand where we offer many varieties of our handmade soap. Open Saturdays 10AM to 4PM weather permitting and veggies allowing, we hope to be open on Sundays in 2023 as well. We are here:

Should you be Shopping on the Cart for curbside pick up you must enter your postal code on the Shopping Cart. A Shipping Box will pop up, right of the fee charged there is a drop down menu to click on in order to select Pick Up .00. Should you wish to pay through the PayPal system just finish your purchase.
Should you rather pay by e-transfer please send to sandyhooksoap@gmail.com as we have automatic deposit there and will not require your password. In that case we will require a screenshot of your shopping cart emailed to us please or the specific details of your order emailed. If you encounter any problems please give us a call at 204-389-2303 we would be happy to help.
